I found this agency by accident. The owner is very involved with my mother's care. I hear from her at least 2 times for the month. I can call her anytime and she responds to my call. The caregiver is awesome and open to suggestions.

I was hired as a caregiver and had it really hard as a single parent with 2 children. I was sleeping on the floor and when my boss heard of it, she bought me furniture and a Christmas tree because it was around the holiday time. I cannot say enough that she truly made a difference in my life. She did not ask for anything, other than come to work and take care of my client. She is truly a god sent.

Over a year ago, I received a postcard from Gentle Hearts. Shortly after that we met the owner, Louise who could not have been nicer. She was always available in an emergency if needed. If you have an elderly family member who needs help or companionship, Gentle Hearts is for you. I have used the agency to obtain a ride to physical therapy and for companionship for my mother who need assistance with daily care and transfers from bed to chair. The recent caregiver could not have been nicer to help my mom with transfers and daily care with my mom. She is very adaptive to changing her time to meet our needs.

I have used other agencies before and was very unhappy with the caregivers and agency owners. The caregivers that was sent, never talked with my mother and the owner never returned calls. I had replaced caregiver after caregiver, until I found Gentle Hearts. The owner of Gentle Hearts really cares about her clients and is always available. The caregiver that was placed in summer 2016 , has been wonderful. Mom is very happy with her and so am I. I don't have anything negative to say about her or the agency. I started working for this company not more than 6 weeks when my eyeglasses broke. I was telling Louise that I could hardly see through them and waiting to make enough money to buy a pair.
